CJ 2220 - Criminal Investigations

4 Credit Hours

This course covers basic investigative techniques, the taking of witness statements and interviews and report writing. The role of advancing technologies used for investigation will be explored, with emphasis on the use of forensic science in reconstructing an event. A review of police procedure is also covered. Prerequisite(s): CJ 1450  or CJ 1500.
